Why did you start your business? What’s the story?
As a former TV producer and multi award winning documentary maker I was looking for something more after having my children, so when I was asked to take a look at the Arbonne business opportunity I was interested. The company’s longevity (celebrating 40 years this year) and commitment to clean, highly efficacious products was impressive, but the real drawcard for me was the community of passionate like-minded people that I could work alongside. Now, nearly 8 years on, I am even more proud to be aligned with a company with world-class cutting-edge products that uses the power of our businesses as a force for good.
What are the benefits of your products and services?
I believe in a holistic approach to beauty, health and wellbeing, focusing on the whole person to help them flourish inside and out. When you use Arbonne products you know they are safe and effective, using plant-based ingredients that are grounded in science and clinical research.
How do you help your customers?
As well as superior and friendly customer service, I am solution driven – providing my clients with solutions to their health needs – be that with skincare, nutrition, makeup or personal care products. With over 400 clean products to choose from, I love being able to help all ages of people – from newborn babies (“after I use the gingerbread body wash on him, he smells good enough to eat!”) through to my 93 year old client Joan who adores our RE9 neck creme (“cause you’re never too old to treat yourself to a little TLC”).
What is unique about you and your business?
Arbonne is unique. There is nothing like us anywhere else in the world. Our culture and community are second to none. Our commitment is to clean, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free and formulated without gluten. Why are you passionate about your area of work?
I am absolutely passionate about empowering people to flourish with sustainable healthy living and through my Arbonne business I have the privilege and pleasure of doing that every single day.
How do you keep yourself and your team motivated?
I do a lot of P.D. (personal development) which has helped not just me, but rubs off on my family, my team and my friends.

I love having a business in an area that’s filled with such a diverse range of businesses run by an amazing array of dedicated and hard-working owners.

Who inspires you and why?
I have just finished reading The Resilience Project by Hugh van Cuylenburg and his simple mission to teach positive mental health strategies to help people become happier is truly inspiring and resonates with me bigtime!
