Why did you start your business?
I strongly believe that most business owners want to do the right thing when it comes to managing people and complying with complex Australian employment legislation. However, neither are easy. I started my business, after 25 years of HR experience, to help Business Owners and Managers who do not have an in-house HR team, to navigate the world of employment, be great employers and to free up their time to focus on running their business.

Business Owners and Managers will have access to advice, tools and resources tailored to their business to attract, manage, develop and retain engaged employees.
How do you help your customers?
I specialise in helping Business owners, Leaders and Managers navigate the world of people management and leadership. Often this is “in the moment” when they are dealing with a complex, tricky, or “first time I’ve had to deal with this” issue or situation. Outside of these “in the moment” situations we work together on proactively developing and implementing tools, resources, systems and processes to have at their disposal, so that they can effectively attract, manage, develop and retain great employees. HR Services that cover the entire employment cycle including recruitment & hiring, onboarding, pay & benefits, managing performance, development, WHS, policies, legislative compliance and offboarding.
What is unique about you and your business?
I have a good understanding of business and provide HR solutions that are commercially viable, cost-effective and practical. The services are tailored to the needs of the leadership team, employees, and organisational culture. You’ll be speaking to the same person each time who understands your business. The service model is flexible with no lock in contracts.
Why are you passionate about your area of work?
People spend a large part of their life at work, whether they are a manager or employee. I am passionate about managers and employees having a positive experience in the workplace. Helping managers with resources and tools to confidently manage their people creates a productive work environment and positive culture for employees which in turn creates a successful business. I strongly believe that your people are your competitive edge.
How do you keep yourself and your team motivated?
I am excited about what I do, every day is a new challenge and I want to help people succeed in the workplace, to the benefit of the organisation.

Australian frontline workers. They are amazing people helping others day in and day out and courageously during extreme weather, fire and medical events.
