Meet Naveen and Sonika Madan, from Navson Coaching and Consulting who have been offering life coaching and business consulting since October 2019 under the business name – Sonica Life School.
Why did you start your business?
To give a purpose and meaning to our life by helping other people and the community in their struggles and life challenges to help build their future.
It is a small business built on the foundation of passion to do something beneficial to the community and people around us.
What’s the story behind your business?
Being an educator for 15 years, Sonika observed that emotional intelligence (EQ), which is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways, is more important than intellectual ability to achieve success in life.
She found that IQ (intellectual quotient) helps youth to get into college, but it’s their EQ that will help them to manage the stress and emotions in real world life.
Naveen with his past 22-years-experience, in IT in the corporate world, and 8 years in a management position, has worked with many individuals with different mindsets. He coached and mentored people to build mindset and devise strategies to accomplish goals and outcomes.
With all their experiences and life skills, they wanted to make an impact on people lives by enabling them to have clear direction, focus and achieve quantifiable success in all areas of their business, life and relationships.
What are the benefits of your products and services?
We have put our 20 plus years of life experiences and professional skills in our custom-built programs around women empowerment, women wellness and business coaching that are pragmatic and effective, sure to bring change in the lives of people. Our programs are designed to transform people’s lives starting from resolving their problems, coaching them and enabling them to start and run their own businesses and to build their own future.
