Why did you start your business?

The idea to start Mindkshetra began after finishing my master’s degree. I wanted to create a place where conversations about mental health can be normalised. It’s a practice invested in viewing mental health proactively rather than preventatively. Furthermore, as an art therapist, I wanted to create a place where life stories can be nurtured using art-making.
