Koala park was established over 100 year ago to save Koalas from slaughter from the fur trade, this work continued till the banning of this trade. In the 50’s to late 70’s we worked with the national parks and wild life service’s Dr Rod Pearce along with Dr Russell K. Diggins and my father  John McNamara  this wok was on the collect blood from koalas all over Australian and the identification of  Chlamydia in koalas   Koala Park is an Australian Native wildlife park – home to 45 plus different species of native Australian animals and 10 Species in our Farm yard area.
